Peacefully at Riverdale Terrace, Cornwall on Thursday, June 22, 2023.  Micheline Bougie (née Latulippe), formerly of Chapel Rd., Martintown at the age of 80.

Reunited in heaven with her beloved husband of 58 ½ years Roger Bougie (April 26, 2023).  Loving mother of Raymond Bougie (Nancy) and Norman Bougie (Kelly).  Proud grandmother of Justin (Sabrina), Stephanie (Kody), Matthieu, Sophie (Daniel) and Magdelaine; and great grandmother of Layla, Isla and Haisley.  Cherished daughter of the late Henri and Marie-Jeanne (née Labelle) Latulippe.  Dear sister of the late Archie Latulippe, Cyril Latulippe, Louis Latulippe, Floyd Latulippe, Jean-Baptiste Latulippe, the late Valentine Dumont, Lillian Leeder, Lorraine Murphy, the late Françoise Brunet, Virginia Lepage, the late Marge Latulippe, the late Dolly Barry, Genevieve Rivers, Grace Lang, Carmelle Latulippe and Madeleine Samson.  Micheline will be fondly remembered by her many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, friends, neighbours and fellow nurses.

Micheline helped thousands of families in the Cornwall area during her career as a Registered Nurse.  She was a kind and compassionate caregiver; she was strong in her faith and dedicated to the Parish of St. Raphael’s; she enjoyed her spiritual readings, flowers, gardens and spending time with her many friends; but Micheline’s true love was her husband Roger and their ever-growing family, whom she adored.

Friends are asked to gather at the Glengarry Funeral Home, 580 Main St. S., Alexandria, (613) 525-3400 on Friday, June 30, 2023 from 7 - 9 pm and at St. Raphael’s Parish on Saturday, July 1, 2023 from 10:00 - 11:00 am.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at St. Raphael’s Parish on Saturday, July 1, 2023 at 11 am, followed by an interment in St. Raphael’s Parish Cemetery and a reception at St. Raphael’s Parish Hall.

Donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.

Retrouvée au paradis avec son époux bien-aimé de 58 ½ ans Roger Bougie (26 avril 2023). Mère bien-aimée de Raymond Bougie (Nancy) et Norman Bougie (Kelly). Fière grand-mère de Justin (Sabrina), Stéphanie (Kody), Matthieu, Sophie (Daniel) et Magdelaine; et arrière-grand-mère de Layla, Isla et Haisley. Fille chérie de feu Henri et Marie-Jeanne (née Labelle) Latulippe. Chère soeur de feu Archie Latulippe, Cyril Latulippe, Louis Latulippe, Floyd Latulippe, Jean-Baptiste Latulippe, feu Valentine Dumont, Lillian Leeder, Lorraine Murphy, feu Françoise Brunet, Virginia Lepage, feu Marge Latulippe, feu Dolly Barry, Geneviève Rivers, Grace Lang, Carmelle Latulippe et Madeleine Samson. Micheline laisse dans le deuil plusieurs beaux-frères, belles-sœurs, nièces, neveux, amis, voisins et collègues infirmières.

Micheline a aidé des milliers de familles dans la région de Cornwall au cours de sa carrière d'infirmière autorisée. Elle était une soignante gentille et compatissante; elle était forte dans sa foi et dévouée à la paroisse de Saint-Raphaël; elle aimait ses lectures spirituelles, ses fleurs, ses jardins et passer du temps avec ses nombreux amis; mais le véritable amour de Micheline était son mari Roger et leur famille toujours grandissante, qu'elle adorait.

Les amis sont priés de se rassembler au salon funéraire Glengarry, 580 Main St. S., Alexandria, (613) 525-3400 le vendredi 30 juin 2023 de 19 h à 21 h et à la paroisse St. Raphael le samedi 1er juillet 2023 de 10 h à 11 h. Une messe funéraire chrétienne sera célébrée à la paroisse Saint-Raphael le samedi 1er juillet 2023 à 11 h, suivie d'une inhumation au cimetière paroissial Saint-Raphael et d'une réception à la salle paroissiale Saint-Raphael.

Des dons faits à la Société canadienne du cancer seraient appréciés par la famille.
