Anne battled Cancer at Ottawa General Hospital and passed away at Cornwall Hospice on Friday May 19, 2023.
She is survived by her husband Kenneth Smith, her daughter, Isabel Campbell, her sons, Robert & Allan, daughters-in-law Sherry Campbell and Jenni-Lee Hamelin, grandchildren, Aj, Ty, Dana, Jase and Jett Campbell.
She will be dearly missed by friends and family both near and far. Memorial Donations can be made to the local OSPCA in her honor.
