Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family at Queensway Carleton Hospital, Ottawa on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at the age of 81. Patrick Josey of Kanata, ON, formerly of Pope’s Harbour, NS and Calgary, AB. Loving father of Kelly Timmerman (Paul). Proud grandfather of Cody and Alex (Chrissy). Dear brother of the late Phil Josey (Priscilla) and uncle to Michael and Gregory. Proud nephew of the late Tom Bollong (Pearl), predeceased by “mom” Lillian MacKenzie. Pat will be fondly remembered by his “Brother from another mother” Lenny Gerrard (Cindy); their children Charles Gerrard (Jenni), Leeanne Martens (Darcy) and Crystal Gerrard; and their grandchildren Rylie, Raina, Ryker and Raiven Gerrard and Blayze, Jazmyne, Phoenyx and Ryver Martens; his “Other Brother from another mother” Barry Gerrard (Jan); and their children Shelly Asprey (Tony) and Jeannie Boutilier (Donald); and his fellow Ironworkers from across Canada. A Celebration of Pat’s Life will be held at a later date. Memorial donations made to the Ottawa Heart Institute would be appreciated by the family.
