Nécrologie de Glen McCuaig

Peacefully at the Cornwall Hospice on Monday, March 4, 2024 at the age of 81.

Beloved husband and best friend of Sandra McCuaig (née McDougall) for 55 years.

Dear brother of Carl McCuaig (late Lise), Allan McCuaig (Helena) and Millie Cuggy (Frank).

Cherished son of the late Peter and Hazel (née Mansfield) McCuaig.

He will be fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and neighbours.

Glen spent 3 years in the Gunnery Branch of Canada's Royal Canadian Navy aboard the HMCS Bonaventure and retired as a proud Commuter Train Conductor for CP Rail.

Friends are asked to gather at the Glengarry Funeral Home, 580 Main St. S., Alexandria, (613) 525-3400 on Friday, March 22, 2024 from 7 - 9 pm and on Saturday, March 23, 2024 from 9 – 10:30 am.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at St. Margaret of Scotland Parish on Saturday, March 23, 2024 at 11 am, followed by an entombment in St. Margaret of Scotland Parish Cemetery and a reception at Glengarry Funeral Home.

Donations made to the Cornwall Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
